Kill Feed

A kill feed in the top-right corner. Each kill gets one short line, with the players' names in their colours, and every line says how it happened:

Line What happened
P2 SNIPER P4 P2 killed P4 with a sniper. It's the name of the gun that fired the shot, even if P2 has already dropped it.
P2 PUNCH P4 Bare hands. Melee weapons show their own name instead.
P2 THROWN SNIPER P4 P2 threw the weapon at P4.
P2 SNIPER HEADSHOT P4 Added for shots to the head (never for punches or throws). If the weapon isn't known, the line just says HEADSHOT.
P2 RING OUT P4 P2 hit P4 earlier, but the last damage came from the map, and then P4 fell off it.
P2 HAZARD P4 The same, but P4 died on the map (lava, spikes and the like).
P4 FELL / P4 DIED Nobody hit P4: they fell off the map, or the map killed them.
P4 GRENADE OWN GOAL P4 killed themselves (the weapon's name shows when there was one).

Kills are credited the same way the game credits them: to the last player who damaged the victim. If that player's hit was the last damage the victim took, the line names their weapon, even when the victim then fell off the map.

The newest line is at the top. Up to five lines show at a time; each one slides in and fades after five seconds. The feed moves down when the game's win counter is showing in that corner, so it never covers it, and it's hidden while the game is paused.

One setting, Enabled (on), in BepInEx\config\stickfight.killfeed.cfg, or MODS in the pause menu with Menu Overhaul.

Compatibility

Only draws on screen, so it's safe online too.
