A config file BepInEx/config/spectralmemories.fasterboats.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.

RudderSpeed = 2.25
- WindSpeed — speed multiplier when pushed by wind (default 2.5)
- RudderSpeed — additional paddle/rudder speed (default 2.25)
