The Shotgun/Sniper Sentries no longer use less ammo firing at biotracked targets. I found this mechanic incredibly unintuitive and nonsensical - there's no way a player would even know this is a mechanic without a lucky guess or the wiki. Now, the ammo count you see on the display is what you get.

I wanted to reduce their reliance on biotracking in general, as in my experience the game is far more interesting without one (although many levels require it), while at the same time, adding some consistency with biotracking - the HEL Auto and Burst now acquire biotracked targets slightly faster.

Burst Sentry

HEL Auto Sentry

It's shocking how 20% slower RPM and some more ammo completely changes this sentry.

Shotgun Sentry

The most extensive rework in this mod, as the Shotgun Sentry is an absolute MESS in the base game. It now acquires targets at a reasonable speed, deals more damage in a tighter cone, aims for the body instead of the head (which caused it to miss MANY of its pellets), and no longer has ridiculous bonuses from biotracking. It's now a very effective killing tool, but eats through Toolkits faster than the Burst Sentry.

The Sniper Sentry relies too much on the Biotracker to cut down its insanely slow detection time.
