Every sync disk shows its real name and what it does, in your inventory, the Inspect window and shops. Disks you already have installed are marked, and a Sort button orders yours by newest, name or upgrades.

Every new city gets a Sync Clinic, a pawn shop and all three black market shops, even 2x2 cities. Small cities get buildings with shop spaces instead of ones that have none.

Repairs broken Control Rooms: adds the Micro Cruncher and blueprints, files every resident in the cabinets and staffs the empty Security Guard post so the computer has a login. Works on new cities and existing saves.
